Advertising and Promotions

CO-OP ADVERTISING
Throughout the year the MCCVB coordinates a variety of cooperative advertising opportunities for our members. In most cases, we will sponsor a radio, newspaper or magazine ad and allow members to buy sections for their own messages. This is a great way to stretch your marketing budget with a much stronger impact. If you are interested please contact Jennifer Filice at 831-657-6405 or [email protected].

SEASONAL PROMOTIONS
The MCCVB coordinates programs designed to bring in off-season business and capitalize on travel by specific market segments. Often done in conjunction with print, radio and online advertising campaigns, programs include the annual Holiday Bounty promotion (Nov-Dec), Monterey's Wild for Nature (Jan-Feb) and the Girls' Goodlife Getaway (Mar-Apr).

NO COST "ADDED-VALUE" PROMOTIONS
By simply providing donations of your product or services (room nights, complimentary meals, merchandise or attractions tickets), your business will be included in radio, print and online promotions.

MONTEREY eSPECIALS
Another low-cost way to target nearly 8,500 interested visitors is through our monthly eSpecials newsletter, an electronic mailing that is sent to advertise members' special promotions and deals. Information and uploading is found at www.ntarget.com/especials/monterey or by contacting Dominic Gregorio at (831) 657-6410.
