The Monterey County Convention and Visitors Bureau is a non-profit organization dedicated to marketing the visitor industry in Monterey County.
As a destination marketing organization, the MCCVB stimulates local economic growth by marketing Monterey County as a convention and visitor destination. Visitors fuel a growing dynamic tourism industry and are an integral part of a robust economy. Our goal is to connect the visitor to our members.
Members are needed to assist in the promotion of the county. In exchange, they receive greater exposure to the visitor market. With membership support, we are able to create and perpetuate the unique image that makes Monterey County a competitive destination, while at the same time giving exposure to our members.
Membership in the MCCVB is an investment in the economic development of Monterey County through employment and growth of the tax base. Your membership provides us with the means to competitively market Monterey County as an outstanding visitor destination.
Visitors spend more than $1.8 billion in Monterey County each year. The MCCVB serves over 100,000 convention delegates annually. You simply can't afford to miss out on the many benefits of MCCVB membership.
