Monterey's Meetings-Made-Easy promotion provides enticing incentives and tailored group activities throughout the season. Simply book at least 50 midweek rooms (Sunday-Thursday nights) at a participating property, using the form below, and stay between November 2006 and February 2007. Your group will be treated to Monterey Bay Aquarium discounts, local Wine Estate specials, golf outings and more.

50-99 total room nights: Discount group tickets to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and special values in the Gift and Bookstore Barrel tasting coordinated with group tours at Chateau Julien Wine Estate. Complimentary Internet access in the meeting space.

100-299 total room nights: Group golf package at Rancho Cañada Golf Club (choose from: golf, cart and breakfast or lunch for $59 per golfer -OR- free Cobra Club rental with paid regular price green fee). Complimentary morning break.

300+ total room nights: Complimentary meeting space for up to 300 people. 10 percent off facility rental for an evening event at Chateau Julien Wine Estate. Complimentary docents and addition of Jellies: Living Art or Splash Zone for a Monterey Bay Aquarium evening event.
