Spa Treatments: Every Day 9:00 am - 7:00 pm and by prior appointment and by special arrangement outside these hours.
We do try to accommodate walk-in clients when a room and therapist is available, however to avoid disappointment we do strongly urge appointments for all services.
Major Holidays: The Spa is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Days. Treatments are offered on the following holidays but may be on a limited basis, so we recommend you make your booking early for: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and other National or Federal holidays.
Valentine's/Presidents' Day weekends are always very busy on the Monterey Peninsula. If you are thinking of celebrating a romantic getaway we would advise you make hotel, restaurant and activity reservations well in advance.
May is another especially busy month on the Peninsula, with the Mothers' Day weekend (gift certificates are also a very popular item for this special occasion) and Memorial weekend which starts off our summer season. The Labor Day weekend is the final hurrah of the summer and another of our extra-busy times.
The Body Suite is a friendly boutique day spa offering a range of services from deliciously indulgent spa packages - perfect for gift giving as well as rewarding for yourself or someone you know who deserves a treat, to stress-relieving or technically specialized therapies that complement your health professional's treatment.
The Body Suite's Pampertherapy Menu includes a variety of massages, wraps, scrubs, facials and skin care, LaStone Therapy, hand and foot treatments. Special or creative events, such as romantic getaways, girly get-togethers, golfers' treatments, bridal and wedding ensembles, corporate and group programs are welcome. Also, if you don't see what you want on the menu simply ask and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

The Body Suite is located on the Recreation Trail overlooking Monterey Bay. The Monterey Bay Aquarium is just a few minutes stroll away along Cannery Row or the Recreation Trail. Our closest neighbors include the Trailside Cafe, Gems by the Sea, Bay Bikes, the Monterey Plaza Hotel, Spindrift Inn, Otter Inn and a host of other restaurants, hotels, shops and places of interest.
