The Restaurant at the Culinary Center of Monterey is located on John Steinbeck's historic Cannery Row overlooking the beautiful Monterey Bay . Enjoy dining in the former Old Custom House Packing Corporation building, with its original timbers scarred by fire, hard use, and time, with memories of a time gone by. Enjoy your meal at the black granite bar overlooking the bay, near the cozy fireplace, or on our open air terrace watching sailboats and seals. As always, the Culinary Center Restaurant and our dream kitchen classrooms are available for private parties, corporate events, wedding receptions and teambuilding events.

For about $100.00 to $150 per person a syllabus and a meal are included.
Kids In The Kitchen
We are pleased to announce we have expanded our "Kid's In the Kitchen" Classes at the Culinary Center of Monterey. Our own Chef Doug Cooperman has created several new classes for kids ranging from "Cooking with your Kids" and "Fun with Food", where the young students participate with an adult, to classes that teach kids how to help plan and prepare for their own parties.
The classes are approximately three to four hours long, are completely hands-on, and feature foods that kids love to prepare and eat. Each class stresses kitchen safety, and introduces new, exciting, and nutritious foods that are easy to prepare and share with their families and friends.
