Located at the crossroads of 10th Street and 3rd Avenue on the former Fort Ord, the Conference Center and banquet facilities offer you a setting of graceful serenity just a few miles up the road from bustling Monterey.
Staffed by students enrolled in Hospitality Management and Culinary Training programs, which are supervised by career professionals. The Conference Center is an ideal facility specializing in small to medium meetings and conferences.
From the moment you reserve a date, your event will be given the undivided attention of the Conference Center Coordinator working with the staff and students of the Culinary Training program. Prepared fresh daily by our published chef-in-residence and his students, food and beverage service is offered at an affordable price. Sit back and have your every need met; whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or just snacks. The menu is built around local produce and foods of the Central Coast.
The conference building has three small meeting rooms and an additional banquet room capable of seating 96 people theater style or 56 people in a banquet setting.
The picturesque chapel with its charming steeple is a delightful reminder of times forgotten. The chapel seats 150 guests and is perfect for larger groups.
The Conference Center has abundant, free parking and is easy to reach from Highway 1 and Salinas.
