Mitchell Taylor born in Fresno, California, November 2, 1954; admitted to bar, 1984,California, U.S. Court of Appeals, (Ninth) Circuit and U.S. District Court, Eastern, Northern, Southern and Central Districts of California; U.S. Supreme Court, Fresno County Superior Court sitting as pro-tempore Judge for 10 years. Mitch has been serving the people throughout California for over 23 years. Practices in the following area of law: Civil Litigation, Business Litigation, Plaintiff�s Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Family Law, DUI Defense, and Construction Law. Taught �Trial Tactics & Trial Preparation� for three years and wrote �Avoiding Liability Under the Consumers Legal Remedy Act�.
Education: California State University, Fresno (B.S., 1978) graduated with honors; San Joaquin College of Law (Jurist Doctorate, 1984) graduated with honors.
Member: San Joaquin College of Law Alumni Association; Association of Trial Lawyers of America; State Bar of California; Association of Defense Counsel of America and Who�s Who in America.
Personal Accomplishments: Mitch has written a thrilling novel, �The Camburin Seed� receiving rave reviews from men and women, young and old alike. Mitch is on his second novel, �Between Heaven and Hell�. Mitch is also a champion in the world of auto racing including his victory at the coveted Vukovich Memorial race. Mitch was labeled �Legal Eagle� by Open Wheel Magazine during his try for the Indy 500. Mitch was founder and president of the CAM 360 racing organization and began a huge fundraising campaign for Valley Children�s Hospital.
Hobbies: Community Involvement, Writing, Golf, Photography, Painting, and Stained Glass Art.
