Your personal chef will perform as they cook such favorites as steak, chicken, seafood and fresh vegetables, all according to a 1000-year-old Japanese recipe on a hibachi table. The tables seat up to 10 people communal style and are the perfect fit for that special occasion with family or friends. Specialties include hibachi chateaubriand (nine ounces of center-cut tenderloin with garlic butter), vegetable delight (assorted vegetables with seasonings, paper-wrapped grilled and served with teriyaki tofu and yakisoba), and seafood combination (cold water lobster tail, ocean scallops and shrimp). Mouth-watering sushi and sashimi is also available from the sushi bar, which carries an enormous assortment of the freshest fish in town.
