At the Whole Enchilada Mexican cuisine is not a single concept experience, it is a melding of many geographic and historical influences. Combining traditional antojitos (snacks) from the streets of Mexico, old family recipes and a selection of non-Mexican dishes, the Whole Enchilada features a varied menu rich in cultural flavor.
Among the twenty different entrees are the house-specialty seafood sopes with jumbo prawns, frijoles, salsa and crab meat; Oaxacan chicken mole tamales wrapped in banana leaves; and traditional chicken tamalessimply the best you'll ever try.
